About Franek Consulting

The roots of Franek Consulting took hold in Austin TX during the 90’s. Kimberley Franek gained experience as both Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager at two of the largest practices in the area. Her experience began in the specialty of Orthodontics, then General and Cosmetic.

Eventually she was contacted by one of the countries largest Dental Transition Brokers, to represent buyers of their Texas transitions, providing assistance in accurate valuations, seller exit and buyer takeover. The experience was enlightening, but her hands were tied and limited in many areas which she felt needed more attention. After some time, Kimberley broke off on her own creating Franek Consulting in 2001.

The last 12 years have proven Franek Consulting strategies work, having nearly 90% of her client base coming from referrals. With over 70 past hands-on consulting clients and many more on a limited basis, her clients range from the new doctor to the seasoned veteran readying themselves for retirement. Typically, Franek Consulting will maintain a current client list of 5-8 hands-on practices, with limited assistance available for others.

Business procedures and hygiene protocol, as well as practice efficiencies, team accountability and treatment planning are the focus of our dental management. Franek Consulting incorporated marketing and sales services after expanding in 2008 to include Kimberley’s husband, Matthew. Since then, they have served dozens of dentists marketing needs beyond traditional consulting. 

Our focus is to allow the dentist to enjoy their chosen profession, while providing the tools necessary to effectively operate a healthy, growing business; all the while considering the long term practice value for a lucrative sale. Kimberley and her team consider the uniqueness of each dentist’s management and treatment style, always offering a program that avoids generic templates, while not losing site of the tried and true principals of successful business ownership.
